1. Details about postage will be stated with each bear, insurance will be extra and is highly recommended - I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages
2. All bears come tagged, with a signed, laminated card with all of their details on it.
3. Taralee Teds bears come in a recycled box whenever possible (doing my bit to reduce landfill) for protection and comfort!
4. PayPal payments are required from international buyers, Australian buyers can use PayPal, send me a money order or deposit directly into my account.
5. There is a 30 day money back guarantee if you change your mind. I want you to be happy with your purchase. I will refund the purchase price less postage if you change your mind and the entire cost if you find the bear to be faulty or falsely advertised.
6. All of the materials I use are of the highest quality, from the fabric right down to the thread used to sew them. They are all hand sewn and designed by me unless otherwise stated.
